TPU is a little too rigid for that kind of use, it would not be comfortable.

You’d ideally want to print a mold and then use silicone to fill it in and use the silicone as what you “interface” with.

But you definitely could use tpu for the shell that holds the silicone interior.

Using 3D prints as sextoys with any kind of materials is a bad idea because of higene. The layer lines will accumulate lots of dirty stuff and are basically impossible to clean. Same goes for food related items.

Ive seen people use beeswax as a mold release, it apparently works really well as a release and fills in the layer lines in the mold so that don’t transfer to the cast. Or at least that what I’ve read.

This sounds like a different formulation to make a more reliable TPU for industrial or commercial applications that need more consistency.

Bambu made a slightly stiffer TPU to feed better into their AMS.

Sounds like both are useful for different things.
