Shades of “we’re going to stop testing for COVID and then it won’t be a problem anymore.”

I’d say that it’s even worse than that. The observatory has already gathered evidence, and by cutting funding Trump is punishing the scientists and sending a message to others that looking for evidence of climate change is the surest way to kill your job.

Ironically this will make the indigenous activists happy. I’m pretty sure he didn’t intend that though.

The Mauna Loa laboratory in Hawaii has measured atmospheric carbon dioxide, which — along with other planet-warming pollution — has led directly to climate change, driving sea level rise, supercharging weather and destroying food systems.

It’s pretty much too late, and already halfway through 2025, but CNN is reporting straight up that climate change is (a) real, true, verifiable and (b) caused by humans.

    Thanks CNN. I guess.
