That’s basically what the last couple of years were like for me. “I just need to finish this project, then I can relax. Okay, new project, but then I’ll be able to relax. A handful of exams, then I’ll have all the time in the world to relax.” By the end of it, I felt so burnt out. The last few months were pretty nice for the most part, but now I’m constantly dreading the end of this calm period.

Assuming that you are still in school, it may be worthwhile to see if you can reduce your course load near the end of your degree. It helps a lot with both stress and grades.

That’s good advice, but I graduated about a month ago and it already took me seven instead of five years to get there (technically six because a lot of classes got cancelled during the pandemic). But at least I got good grades :3
