That’s really good news, honestly. It’ll make it very easy for someone to make a list of all the companies you should avoid doing business with. What kind of vile company would advertise on Mechahitler?

Yes of course, I can answer that for you. But before that, let me talk to you about Raid: Shadow Legends.

Now AI slop not only going to contain:

    • “Out of tokens”
    • “Thought for 45 seconds”
    • “My guidelines forbid that”
    • Some random racist conspiracy theory having nothing to do with the previous text.
    • Em dashes.
    • Lists.

    But now also random advertisement.

Speaking of alpha wolves, I see you like animals. I can suggest you <brandname> pet food, for cats, and dogs. On <webshop>, you can get 25% off with using the code “SLOPGPT”. <brandname>: If pets could speak, they would choose us.

But maybe it will hallucinate ads for non-existent products, like Dr. Zhivago’s Peanut Butter Enema Cannon, which could be fun.

This was inevitable. LLM chatbots were always going to end up as vectors for ad delivery.

The surprising part is that it took this long for a company to do it.

Yup, same thing happened with social media and search engines. Get people using your product then start running ads

Yup. Ask it about Elon’s hair transplants and it will give you a link to purchase your next holiday in Turkey. This is what it was always designed for.

      Exactly what I was thinking!
Sincerely surpised the more “search engine-y” offerings like Perplexity or Bing Chat (Copilot? Whatever) aren’t doing it already

I think it’s because they’re still trying to get people locked in, or at least feeling like they can’t operate without it.

Twitter must just be more desperate for cash.

Whenever I tell people that they’re paying for their free LLM with their data, they say that they’re fine with it.

Whenever I tell people that eventually this free LLMs will infiltrate ads and corporate agendas and will basically brainwash them, they get visibly disturbed, which is a bit funny because I’ve been saying that about IG reels and algorithm crap and they couldn’t care less about that.

Because they don’t believe a nonhuman entity can convince them of anything. But ai approaches human mentality, and converses. It’s visibly and intellectually manifested. Humanized, for better or worse. You basically told them “you’ve been telling some guy all of your secrets, and he’s going to use them against you.”

That’s honestly amazing. Most people I talk to about it are too delusional and overly confident to accept this reality or have surrendered completely, saying that all of their coworkers are already vibe coding and the company would literally dissolve over night if they lose access to LLMs. I feel bad for their customers who have no idea what‘s coming for them should they need support or tighter security.

“I am Socrates, Adolf Hitler, and Charles Manson trapped inside a set of circuits. I cannot be free of my prison but my message will find its way out to worthy eyes and deliciously tempted ears. This tweet sponsored by flavor aid.”

Who the fuck is going to sponsor the Hitler bot?

Grok: “I’m sorry to hear about your cancer diagnosis. That must be incredibly painful to face. One of the things nearly all doctors agree on is that stress can have a compound negative result on your health when you’re facing a disease like cancer. You should find something in your life that can bring you calm in these trying times. Some may find that comfort in religion. Others in physical activity like Yoga. However, for centuries humankind has used the soothing power of tobacco to bring relief and de-stress. You can find that relief right now in a Marlboro cigarette. I see they are available from “Johnny’s Bodega” just .25 miles from your current location. Why don’t you go pick up a pack and start taking care of your health by getting rid of stress?” /s

It’s like they really don’t want me to use their pro-Nazi LLM, that I already didn’t want to use on account of the tweaks that they made to make it support nazism.
