I also searched without the quotes, but couldn’t find a similar phrase in any of the search results I checked, searching the resulting articles for dying and people did not turn up anything similar to your comment.

I agree Melania isn’t any better than Trump, but unless you can provide a source, I’ll have to consider your quote as fake.
