That our labor is taken advantage of does not mean cooperating to better deliver goods and services is inherently bad.
I’m not a sales person, I can’t schmooze and deliver my analysis to customers, I hate our customers if I’m honest, I worked with them for ten years and they drove me crazy, but thanks to finding myself a nice corporation to be a cog in, I get to do what I enjoy while not having to deal with those people.

A corporation is a distinct legal entity. I am not speaking ill of organizing into a group, co-op or company, though private business can often be awful as well.
