I tried that mod (or similar) once where you could impregnate NPCs. Good thing my guy was super rich and owned a ton of real-estate, because he had like 20 kids by the end.

From what I understand, the mod author also worked for compatibility with as many sex mods as possible.

I’d call it the second-most-restrictive “tier” of Skyrim mod site after Bethesda’s official mod site.
Look at LoversLab, which is more permissive.
And there are Skyrim mod sites that carry content that LoversLab won’t permit.
Real Skyrim modder right here. I shudder to think what LoversLab might ban.

There are a number of increasingly-sophisticated Skyrim impregnation frameworks, but I would guess that he’s talking about Fertility Mode.

Skyrim child support laws are actually pretty awful, the guards will at best fine you less than the support you owe
