Has anyone played the board games Heat or Wingspan? I heard they were good and they were on sale at EB so I picked them up. I want to make sure they don’t sit on the shelf for ages and actually get played
The ozbargain post I saw said the Oceania expansion improves the early game. I think it’s like video game dlc where the expansions never go on sale. I’ll get some expansions if we like it.
It adds a new resource called nectar and can change the way the game is played, I think from what I read that it also balances the game out and changes a few things from base.

Board games have a solid second hand market.
That makes sense. Over priced cardboard that doesn’t get used much. Good to remember if we want to sell anything, but also for trying new games
I have the digital Wingspan edition on Switch
Wingspan is a good game but it has a few expansions out that improve the game.
As far as digital goes the Asia expansion just came out which I haven’t looked into.
I own Wrymspan as a boardgame because well…dragons.

And Wyrmspan, for the same reason you got it
