Both is an option without magic. Salmacian and penile preserving vaginoplasty are terms associated with it. Not gonna be fully functional for both though - gotta resort to magic for that.

Agreed. But I think just knowing others feel the same, some of whom are willing to even do surgery to reach their goal, can be comforting and make one feel less alone.
