What some people do based on a misguided and uninformed interpretation of Christianity is their own decisions masked behind Christianity. Most Americans aren’t Christian scholars, id wager most haven’t even studied the Bible themselves, but listen to whatever their preacher tells them.

Is Christianity what they keep saying or what they keep doing?
Christianity is Christianity.
What some people do based on a misguided and uninformed interpretation of Christianity is their own decisions masked behind Christianity.
Most Americans aren’t Christian scholars, id wager most haven’t even studied the Bible themselves, but listen to whatever their preacher tells them.
And if it’s anything good, still don’t attempt to follow.
Purpose of a system is what it does. This is real christianity too, regardless of the theory they might or might not have.
That behavior is not limited to Americans.
