Let them know about Onlyoffice too!!
Well, depends of what they need, OnlyOffice has a somewhat better compatibility with some MS Office files, but less apps than Libre/OpenOffice. Anyway there are not so much differences between this three suites, all pretty valid FOSS alternatives to MS Office.
