In case you found this from All, it’s a comic based on the TV show The Owl House. The comic doesn’t make much sense if you’re not familiar with the characters.
You don’t really need to know the characters or story. The dog-demon thing is asking the girl if she’ll be his friend in their next lives, she says she will and accidentally says she’s already kept that promise. The next scene shown is an implied flashback to previous lives where they made the same promise indicating that both past/present/future they’ll still find each other and be friends.
That’s possible, given the number of titans and the character design (plus the haze border) it evoked flash back to me. Additionally, the “I have” slip seemed to imply that theyve already made the same promise in the past.

Can you give me a tldr to make sense of it?

Ohh I thought that was the next life we were seeing and she was getting a pre-echo.
Oh neat. I hadn’t thought of it that way. I figured it was a flash back but a flash forward works too.

However, I think either interpretation works.
I’ve seen most of season 1. So it surprises me that such a young would be…a thing (which makes me wanna watch more).
Yeah it’s a huge spoiler
