minus-squareCaselinkfedilink2•6 days agoEh, the first time I dropped into the splits I was a little sore the next day. After that, it was easy peasy, past a certain point, gravity takes over. Well, at least with full gear. I suppose it helps that I was always flexible, and before I found team sports I did some gymnastics as a little little kid. Source: Former Goaltender (Hockey)
