I heard once somewhere (probably reddit, so ya know, take it with a grain of salt) that while phytoestrogens don’t have the same effects on the human body as estrogen, they do interact with the same hormone receptors or something and could actually hinder feminization for someone taking hrt cause the phytoestrogens interfere in some way. Is there anyone who can deny or confirm this?
