If they are not welcome to vacation destinations and everywhere they go they are reminded that their country is proudly slaughtering and starving people—if they’re not given any room to pretend things are normal, they will demand an ability to return to normal. They would pressure their govt to stop the genocide.
So even in the case that these people hadn’t been conscripted and were therefore partially responsible for the apartheid being inflicted on Palestinians, this would still be an acceptable action.
