minus-squaredual_sport_dork 🐧🗡️linkfedilinkEnglish7•3 days agoI think the problem is they try to make it the same thickness as the sheet metal from the steel bed. If they made it 1/4" thick like the aluminum side step plates on a Bobcat it wouldn’t be a problem and it’d still probably be lighter.
At some point they changed the bed from being made out of steel to aluminum, and you can really tell.
