Yeah those monitors are not runnning windows. When the nurse connects an oxygen saturation meter it works instantly, it’s not like plugging in a USB device and then starting an app. It’s medical hardware with it’s own… firmware, I guess?

Too blurry. But it doesn’t look like it, it is too thick and not enough contrast between the start button and the rest for this to be Luna.
