If they’re millionaires or worse (billionaires) they should absolutely be told to go back home and fix the mess they’ve made.
Yeah require an income verification in order to get a visa and then tax the shit out of them to travel abroad.
If our governments had any balls, this would be incredible. Might be an issue for US refugees tho
