It’s still sad that people were telling her she looked sick but she responded as though they were somehow shaming her for not being a teenager anymore and didn’t go to the doctor about it. If she’d been able to listen to it instead of getting angry she might still be alive.
I actually remember this episode when it originally aired & looking at the credits bcs I couldn’t place the familiar voice initially (tbf I do that a lot, but this one was out of impression, not just curiosity).
