      It appears someone made a mistake and it’s now remedied. However the speed with which it gets spun into full-blown constitutional crisis is what’s frustrating, when a much simpler explanation fits.

      There are enough travesties actually happening with this administration, we don’t need to spin up fake ones.

          I’m curious about the sequence of events you think this would initiate. Perhaps the ICE raids would finally be brought before a judge, invoking the writ of habeas corpus. If it turns out that the information is no longer on the government website, the judge might declare it irrelevant? Even if the removal was malicious and intentional, it’s still just a stupid prank.

          Getting people outraged about things like this simply distracts people from the actual corruption and self-dealing happening in this administration.

            It’s not about actually changing the Constitution. This change doesn’t do anything official, but it’s not meaningless and it’s clearly intentional.
