Having a small kid, I find it hilarious and heartwarming to see sooo many people of all ages wanting to interact just to get a laugh out of a small human!
Especially if they have tiny carts for the little celebrity to push. It was fun to watch the entire check -out line briefly grind to a halt due to cuteness overload.
Rural King. There’s a “big red R” store out west that seems to me to be basically the same store, but I don’t recall if they also had the mini-carts when I visited.
My son is 3 and has to say hello to everyone as he enters the bus, it’s cute seeing all the tired grumpy people perk up and wave back at him, i love a kids ability to cheer up strangers
I like to stick my tongue out at them while the parent isn’t looking, and then act shocked and appalled when they do it back and their parent sees them.

I do that with my niece and she gets scolded every time 🫣
Whoever is scolding your niece is an awful person, and you should tell them so.
It’s her mom, she doesn’t see me doing it though lol
Your neice is going to learn to hate you for getting her scolded. You really want to leave this issue un-addressed?
Slightly funnier and much more malicious.
