When Obamacare went into effect, it didn’t happen in Massachusetts because Mass already had a (better) version of it.

Tim is a treasure but I’d gladly give him up as our governor if he was running for president.
Pritzker (IL) is probably up there along with Mills (ME), both have also made stands against trump.
