Someone made a comment awhile back, if international diplomacy was as easy as real estate then we would have had much less wars. It is hard, it requires specific skills, it requires years of trust building and give and take. All these idiots get is short timed wins that end up costing more in the long run.

Trump is a little boy who starts screaming when something doesnt go his way until everyone agrees just to make him shut up or he gets smacked by his dad. He thinks everyone is like that, even whole countries. He thinks Ukraine and Russia just had some cute little tantrums and hes the dad that smacks then into submission. Slow clap. He really managed to come in when Ukraine had the upper hand with allied help, weakened their efforts by humiliating, extorting and cutting off aid and intel, as well as making them lose their bargaining chip in Kursk, and now they just say “this is too much after all” and bail out.
Just to show up again at the end to claim victory after Europe and any other allies have seen this through. Mark my words.
