It blows my mind that if you’re found guilty of a crime, you go to prison and have to wait years for appeals. But for shit like this, the default is to assume the lower court got it wrong and to stay their decision.
Unless that crime is any of the 30 some felonies that the Mustard Mussolini was convicted of.
Then it’s shrug and walk away.
You would have thought that the court would have noticed by now that Trump has been ruling by decree in defiance of the Constitution so there probably was some likelihood that the lower court was on to something.
it’s the courts they’ve packed vs. those they didn’t at this point.
I hope when the convicted felon/rapist finally kicks the bucket that his space dust goes to the furthest point of the universe and is never seen or used again.
Hopefully his cult follows him and rids the earth of their existence
