The first 40 laps weren’t great when they were tootling around but the rest was incredible. Very happy for Sainz, Norris, Hamilton and Lawson. Please more competition at the front like this!
Feel bad for George, though. He was following Lando just a little too close and to the right.

Haven’t seen the red bulls get overtaken like that for a while. Unfortunate timing for the red bulls but that’s how it goes.

This is basically what an average F2 race is like. I didn’t even plan to watch F1 anymore, only reconsidered since I expected RB to do badly. But unless RB was actually hit with that new TD, I can probably take a break until the last F2 race.

Carlos was brilliant today this win was so deserved! Poor George I feel for him he deserved to be up there as well.

Commentators sounded so sad it wasn’t a british 1/2/3. The way Sainz controlled the race and kept Norris in DRS was brilliant. Lawton’s doing a great job of showing why he should have the seat.
