If you live somewhere where you can get hormone level testing done and can get crypto currencies easily, you can just order the hormones online and do your own hormone level testing. You may run into problems down the road if you need to interact with the doctors to get approval for surgeries or a doctor note for changing your legal gender, but AFAIK nowhere will these issues be so bad you won’t be able to legally transition or get surgeries if you DIY.
