As a chronic kidney stone sufferer. High quality H2O is top tier.

I was always low-key terrified of getting kidney stones (especially as someone who never drank water). Switched to drinking nothing but water last year and it’s just one of the many benefits.

It’s simple not complicated so when it’s hot just stay hydrated

I used to drink 2-3 cans of mtndew every day.

in my late 30s had some health complications and quit it cold-turkey. now I drink around 90 oz of water a day. still feel like shit, but it doesn’t feel like I’m going to die every day.

if you’re younger than 35 and reading this right now, stop abusing youth body. drink water, eat well, light exercise, get plenty of sleep and you can feel the same way you do now for at least another decade or more.

don’t put it off, try tomorrow and the next day until something sticks.

Water tastes best after it has flowed through a brewery. Change my mind.

The water that has “flown” through a brewery is typically cleaning water with caustic and detergents.

Water that has been brewed is quite famously stagnant for a few weeks as microorganisms are breaking things down and you long for their excretions.

night water from the bathroom tap.

hot summer night with no AC as a kid, I almost drowned myself in the cool water from the bathroom sink.

knowing what I do now, then… I should have done it.

Pepto does 5 things poorly. Better to get something that targets and actually resolves problems

Jokes on you, I still burn my acquired digital media to BluRay discs

Disk rot is like 25 years while an SSD still doesn’t have that kind of shelf life

Edit: this was the wrong thread
